Job summary

Coventry College is seeking a dedicated Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will design engaging, inclusive lessons aligned to curriculum standards and industry needs, while providing academic and pastoral support to learners.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience that helps learners reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to obtain in a specified timescale.
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Music or a related qualification
• A degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject area
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Communication/Literacy and Numeracy/Maths

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support learners in achieving their full potential.
• Design and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners and work with colleagues and external partners.
• Contribute to curriculum development and help shape an outstanding learning experience.
