You will teach and coordinate courses, ensuring an effective learning experience for undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses while working with colleagues to embed research and professional context.

Qualifications

• Active and live registration with the NMC as a Learning Disabilities Nurse is essential.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to acquire one is essential.
• Master's degree or Honours Degree with professional qualification is essential.
• PhD or active membership of a professional body would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach on HE modules (levels 4–7) and coordinate courses.
• Support design, implementation, ratification and QA of student assessment.
• Prepare and provide formative and summative feedback to students.
• Deliver simulated practice learning activities and act as Academic Assessor.
• Support course recruitment activities such as interviews and open days.
• Uphold high standards of academic integrity across teaching and assessment.
