The Hart School in Rugeley, Staffordshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor (Maternity Cover) to maintain teaching standards during staff absence. The role is full-time (37 hours) on a fixed-term maternity contract starting January/February 2027.

You will deliver curriculum to individuals and small groups, support learning in class, and work with staff to ensure uninterrupted high-quality education for students during teacher absences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering curriculum to individuals and small groups.
• Experience supporting children's learning in an educational setting.
• Resilient, adaptable, motivated and calm under pressure.
• Able to build effective relationships with students and staff.

Responsabilités

• Deliver planned lessons to individuals and small groups.
• Support students' learning and maintain classroom routines.
