Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Early Years Lead for Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire. This term-time role involves 17.5 hours per week at up to £14 per hour, located at Iver Heath Infant & Junior School. Level 3 in Early Years is essential; duties include planning engaging activities and supporting wellbeing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our youngest children.
• Plan, lead and deliver structured activities such as storytelling, arts, and outdoor play.
• Support development and wellbeing with age-appropriate experiences.
• Model safeguarding and follow Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Provide snacks, support hygiene routines, and ensure inclusion and safety.
• Set up and tidy play spaces and adapt environments as needed.
