Junior Adventures Group is hiring for an Early Years Lead (Level 3 Qualification) at Kingsmoor. The role is a term-time contract with split shifts: mornings and afternoons, 23.75 hours weekly, at Priory Park Infants School, St Neots.

Qualifications

• Early Years Level 3 Qualification is essential.
• Term time contract with split shifts.
• Morning and afternoon sessions, with a mid-day break.
• DBS check and safeguarding compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep areas safe and clean.
• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring inclusivity.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out with a friendly demeanor.
• Be a team player and also take the lead when needed.
