The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You'll support coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What you will do |

  • Foster a positive environment where your team feels valued and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety, and equipping your team with necessary skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
