Insolvency Case Manager - Swansea (Remote)

Brook Street is working with a well-known organisation in Swansea. They are looking for an Insolvency Case Manager. This is a permanent, fully remote position with an attractive salary dependent on experience. You will only be considered if you have the CPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency).

Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner (IP).
2. Achieve statutory and regulatory compliance.
3. Interact with directors of insolvent companies, agents, and solicitors.
4. Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required.
5. Make autonomous decisions within your role.
6. Prepare and implement case strategies.
7. Coordinate with stakeholders, including secured creditors and directors, to agree on case strategies.
8. Plan, delegate, and monitor cases to ensure effective completion.
9. Manage the financial aspects of your cases.

Requirements:

• Experience with IPS system is beneficial.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Analytical mindset and driven to achieve the best outcomes for stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake further training.
• Team player who is friendly and supportive.
• Experience in insolvency.
• JIEB/CPI qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Previous management experience in a similar role.
