Meet the Mortgage Case Management Team
We’ve got a great team made up of 30 Case Managers, 10 Administrators, and 2 Team Leaders. Our Administrators handle keying and DIPs, allowing our Case Managers to focus on guiding mortgage cases from start to finish. They are highly skilled and trusted to get things done correctly.

Our team is structured to tailor the mortgage journey for each customer, moving quickly, collaborating closely, and supporting each other. Whether clients are staying put or making big moves, we aim to make mortgages easier.
How we work
We maintain a flexible yet structured approach, working across shifts between 8am and 8pm, totaling 39 hours weekly.
