Meet the Mortgage Case Management Team

We’ve got a great team made up of 30 Case Managers, 10 Administrators, and 2 Team Leaders. Our Administrators handle keying and DIPs, allowing our Case Managers to focus on guiding mortgage cases from start to finish. They are highly skilled and trusted to get things done correctly.

Compensation: £32,000 / year

Description

Our team is structured to tailor the mortgage journey for each customer, moving quickly, collaborating closely, and supporting each other. Whether clients are staying put or making big moves, we aim to make mortgages easier.

How we work

We maintain a flexible yet structured approach, working across shifts between 8am and 8pm, totaling 39 hours weekly.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced Case Manager, you will play a key role in progressing customer mortgage applications efficiently and accurately, working within a high-performing team that thrives under pressure and provides excellent service at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring smooth progression to completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors, providing proactive updates.
  • Collaborate with Mortgage Experts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Handle DIP submissions, communicate with lenders, chase offers, and check documents.
  • Stay informed about lender service levels, rate changes, and policy updates to keep cases on track.
  • Specialize in a specific part of the process to become a subject matter expert.
  • Adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment where responsiveness is crucial.

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2 years' experience in high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload with tight deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage process and lender requirements.
  • Comfort with rate changes, lender SLAs, and maintaining pace.
  • A team player with a customer-first attitude and flexibility for shifts and Saturdays.
