Job Opportunity: Income Protection Claims Case Manager

About the Role

As a result of the exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are looking for an experienced Income Protection Claims Case Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Customer service is our priority, and if you share our passion for putting customers first, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert claims assessment and management for our portfolio of Group Income Protection Claims.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Manage your own caseload of claims.
Candidate Requirements
  • Claims management experience; CII Claims qualifications are a plus but not essential.
  • Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle varying workloads and pressures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with vulnerable customers.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Contribute positively to team culture.
  • High attention to detail, quality focus, and root cause analysis skills.
