Oneilsrecruitment is recruiting an Insight Manager for a Berkshire-based hybrid role (with client travel). Salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus annual bonus.

You will lead an insights team, turn data into actionable recommendations, and work with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction. Strong BI skills with Power BI/Tableau required, plus people management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insights, Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercially focused insights that influence decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or similar tools.
• Analyse performance, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to solve business challenges.
• Lead data and insight projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and insight professionals.
