Job summary

Groundsure is seeking a client-focused professional to manage a portfolio of Insights clients, ensuring retention and adoption of the Insights suite. The role includes winning new business, growing the client base and revenue, with mostly home-based work and monthly office attendance in Brighton.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver product demos, and engage in meetings with clients and prospects while contributing to market feedback and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client success roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and win new business and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and grow the Insights client base.
• Generate opportunities for the Insights product suite via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Build a qualified pipeline and convert leads to new accounts.
• Research target organisations and key decision makers in sectors.
• Follow up inbound leads promptly and manage existing portfolios.
• Deliver clear product presentations and demos to clients.
• Attend meetings with clients and targets, in person or online.
• Represent Groundsure at events, webinars and conferences.
• Support marketing campaigns to boost adoption and enquiries.
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and dashboards for pipeline reporting.
