Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Insights clients and ensure retention and adoption of the Insights suite.
• Identify and win new business, expanding the client base and revenue.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline; convert leads to new accounts.
• Research target organisations and key decision makers in relevant sectors.
• Follow up on inbound leads and grow existing accounts.
• Deliver clear product presentations and demos to clients.
• Attend face-to-face and online meetings with clients and targets.
• Represent Groundsure at networking events, webinars and conferences.
• Support marketing campaigns to boost adoption and generate enquiries.
• Keep HubSpot CRM up to date with pipeline and reporting.
