Job summary

DVJ Insights is seeking a Client Consultant to drive growth across markets from London with flexibility to partly work from home. You will manage and grow existing clients, win new ones, and act as their trusted advisor by translating business questions into compelling research proposals.

You will lead client relationships, develop a strong named client list, and collaborate with Research Experts to deliver value-driven presentations and insights for global brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, communication and research with a client, intelligence, or consultancy agency.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor with strong account management.
• Extensive network with clients across markets.
• Experience meeting targets and goals.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship and act as trusted advisor with value-driven partnership.
• Translate client questions into clear, actionable research proposals reflecting client needs and DVJ's solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong named client list using your network and DVJ's base.
• Drive business development by creating content, conducting BG interviews, and co-creating thought leadership with clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and client workshops with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Research Experts per the DVJ WoW and with the Expert Board.
