Job summary

You will support senior teams with proposals, manage studies from design to delivery, and ensure outputs are clear, impactful, and commercially aligned. Strong communication and organisation are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a media insight role.
• Excellent understanding of quantitative research techniques (e.g. surveys).
• Excellent understanding of industry tools (TGI, GWI, YouGov, Touchpoints and similar, Mintel).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create clear proposals to sell in projects, with support from Directors.
• Ability to brief team members clearly, explaining what is expected and working with them to ensure output matches the brief.
• Ability to manage projects from end to end, with support from Directors.
• Ability to structure and communicate insights with clarity and simplicity using a multitude of data sources.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at any one time.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Insight team members in selling in research by creating proposals detailing methodologies.
• Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure outputs are action oriented.
• Manage consumer insight and effectiveness research projects end to end, incl. third-party suppliers, questionnaire design, analysis, reporting, QA and debriefing.
• Brief other team members clearly on projects where necessary.
• Add meaningful insight and market context to findings and challenge current thinking.
• Keep up to date with developments in the industry.
• Keep track of the financial status of projects, including logging leads, issuing supplier POs and assisting client teams in billing delivered projects.
