Job summary

Dentsu International in London seeks a senior data-driven insights leader to generate actionable insights and tell meaningful stories for clients, delivering best-in-class data-driven products and solutions that drive profitable growth.

You will lead research projects end-to-end, shape thought leadership, engage clients, and possibly line-manage a growing team of Insight, Analytics and Data specialists in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a media insight role.
• Excellent understanding of quantitative research techniques (e.g. surveys).
• Excellent understanding of industry tools (TGI, GWI, YouGov, Touchpoints and similar, Mintel etc.).
• Strong understanding of, and experience in using, media planning systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including new business pitch presentations.
• Ability to create clear proposals to sell in projects.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & New Business: Work with client planning and strategy teams to identify new research opportunities and create proposals.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead consumer insight projects end-to-end, including liaison with third-party suppliers, QA and debriefing.
• Insight & Thought Leadership: Add meaningful market context and keep up to date with industry developments.
• People & Commercial Management: Supervise team members and track financial status of projects.
