Job summary

Transcomm Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales - Telesales professional for an on-site role in Aston Clinton. You will begin in a sales-support capacity for the first three months, learning the company, pricing, and services, before transitioning to full telesales.

The position offers a basic salary of £25k–£27k with uncapped monthly commission. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, book orders, and build a pipeline through prospecting and lead follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads, cold calling and closing deals.
• Excellent telephone manner & experience of taking inbound and making outbound calls.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell freight forwarding and transport services after initial training.
• Take bookings and respond to inbound emails, input data accurately.
• Generate and chase own leads, manage quotes and follow up with clients.
