Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our team in Harlow, UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, manage relationships with suppliers, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.

You will work closely with Account Management and Field Application Engineer teams to maximize opportunities, negotiate quotes, and use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in English.
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role in electronics distribution.
• Proactive and persistent approach to sales execution.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, maximizing component and solution opportunities through direct engagement and personalized selling.
• Proactively follow up on quotes, gather and respond to competitive information.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to gain market share in key segments.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Address customer challenges such as part obsolescence, new product introductions, and supply shortages with tailored solutions.
