Qualifications
- 3+ years managing an internal/inside sales or customer-facing commercial team.
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and customer satisfaction KPIs in B2B.
- Strong leadership with coaching and motivation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to hit targets and KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end quoting and order execution with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with external sales to align on account strategies and cross-sell.
- Monitor performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer enquiries.
- Partner with operations, logistics and product teams to improve journeys.
