Senko Advanced Components (Euro) Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to drive team performance, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure accurate processing from quotation through shipment.

You will monitor sales activity, maintain CRM data, and deliver exceptional customer service within ISO-aligned procedures. The role requires proven leadership, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading a sales or inside sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise workloads.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead, support and coordinate the Inside Sales team to maintain performance and service levels.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from quotation to shipment, ensuring accurate processing.
• Monitor sales activity and generate reports to identify trends and issues.
• Maintain CRM records and team data for client management and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints per procedures and ISO standards.
• Promote SENKO products and identify customer needs to suggest solutions.
• Train and onboard new team members and foster best practice across the team.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and outcomes.
