Job summary

CDM Recruitment is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join a busy telephone-based sales team. The role combines account management, customer service, order processing and pricing activity, with full training available for someone with the right commercial attitude and communication skills. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone communication skills and a professional manner.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Previous internal sales, telephony sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and process orders.
• Discuss pricing, quotations and tenders with customers.
• Identify and maximise new business opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts through the established sales process.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain high standards of customer care.
