Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
• Process orders and liaise with warehouse and transport teams for smooth delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range.
• Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs.
• Support the wider sales team with quotations and admin tasks.
