Start People Ltd in London is seeking an Inside Sales/Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts. You will identify opportunities to increase revenue, build lasting relationships, and proactively generate new business while handling enquiries, quotations and negotiations.

The role offers a competitive £35,000–£38,000 base with a strong bonus structure and benefits. Ideal candidates have prior Inside Sales or Account Management experience and a commercial

• Proven experience selling physical products.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Internal Sales or Account Management.
• Proven experience selling physical products – not purely software/SaaS sales.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for sales.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to progress within a global organisation.
• Experience within electrical distribution, manufacturing, industrial products or similar B2B sectors would be advantageous.
