Role reports to: Sales Office Manager

Our prestigious client is an established and successful supplier of a wide range of graphic communication products.

They have sales offices across the UK, and their Northamptonshire office offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.

The main duties of this internal sales role include establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring they receive excellent service both individually and in support of the outside sales team.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve processing orders, managing quotations, handling product samples, administration, communication, proactive selling, and team support.

The role is ideally suited for candidates with experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales and familiarity with computerized stock and order systems.

Candidates from print, packaging, or supplies sales backgrounds will also be considered.
