What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical support and inside sales for industrial valve products and related systems
• Process customer quotes and orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding pricing, order status, and product details
• Enter purchase orders for vendors to fulfill customer requirements
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute to special projects as needed

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Previous Customer Service or Inside Sales experience
