Internal Regional Sales Manager – iRAM Scotland

Role Overview

This role involves driving direct sales within your territory through hunting and account management. You will develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers, working closely with our partners and your Sales Manager. It is suitable for an experienced Inside Salesperson seeking future growth into a full Account Management role.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new clients within your region.
  • Develop account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Engage in consultative selling to maximize opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your accounts.
  • Create and execute a territory plan involving all resources.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and develop relationships with decision-makers and partners.
  • Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Manage opportunities via CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years in Inside Sales or a hybrid role.
  • Proven success with high-volume sales.
  • Existing client relationships within your territory.
  • Networking, Security, or Cloud background preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC and Salesforce advantageous.
  • Motivated, self-starting, and able to handle ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
