Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is expanding its Bank Therapy Support Worker (Physiotherapy) role to support the inpatient therapy team at Hereford County Hospital. You will work with Occupational & Physiotherapists on wards, alongside the multi-disciplinary team to promote rehabilitation and discharge planning.

The post involves delivering delegated clinical tasks under supervision, carrying own caseloads seen by a registered professional, and contributing to service improvement.
