Qualifications

• Experience in front-facing healthcare reception or customer service.

• Ability to manage stock and coordinate logistics in a busy dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service coordinating arrivals and collections at the Inpatient Dispensary reception.
• Manage administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive and process prescriptions, including handling outpatient prescription charges and CD order books.
• Handle telephone queries promptly and professionally for the Inpatient Dispensary.
• Assist stock management activities: ordering, checking deliveries, and proper storage (refrigerated, frozen, non-robotic).
• Contribute to timely loading of stock into the dispensary robot with accuracy.
