Deliver excellent customer service coordinating the arrival and collection of work through the Inpatient Dispensary reception area.

Manage all administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Receive and process prescriptions, including handling prescription charges for outpatient prescriptions and Controlled Drug order books.

Handle telephone queries for the Inpatient Dispensary in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with stock management activities, including ordering, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of all items (including refrigerated, frozen, and non-robotic stock).
