Job summary

You will help monitor workload, assist in designing and evaluating services, and ensure timely processing of orders with escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workload and manage pharmacy technicians and assistants to respond to demands as required.
• Contribute to design, implementation and evaluation of new and improved pharmacy dispensary services.
• Support the workflow within the Dispensary, ensuring work is processed to required deadlines and escalations are made when workload reaches escalation points.
• Monitor turnaround times and workload status using in-house tracking system.
• Assist in investigation of complaints in line with Trust policies and participate in corrective actions.
