Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • A focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • A proactive problem solver capable of quick decision-making.
