As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Strong knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, with an understanding of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to foster a coaching culture, focusing on recruitment, development, and personal growth of team members.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions on your feet.
