Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
