Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and your team equipped with necessary skills.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety, and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that support and support your team.
  • Experience maintaining food safety and health standards.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
