Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for both your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food quality.
  • Experience with kitchen food safety, health standards, and financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Proficiency in building a coaching culture and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on considerate and supportive interactions.
