Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is recruiting an Innovation Coordinator to support the delivery of innovation initiatives across the Department for Work and Pensions account. Reporting to the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will coordinate innovation projects and help introduce new technologies and smarter ways of working to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating projects, innovation programmes, or business improvement initiatives.
Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using reporting and project management tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Monday.com.
An interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate innovation projects and support the delivery of new technologies and operational improvements.
Manage and develop the ServicePoint Hub (SPH), ensuring it remains an effective communication and operational platform.
Research emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery across the DWP account.
Work closely with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
