Job summary

ISS is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account in the UK. You'll drive operational excellence by coordinating improvement initiatives and analyzing performance data.

Reporting to the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will create dashboards in Power BI and Excel, monitor KPIs, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with Power BI, Excel, Power Query or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the DWP account to ensure on-time delivery and objectives.
• Analyse operational data and produce reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
