Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Workday Systems Analyst to support and develop its Workday Financials platform across EMEA. This is a hands-on role combining BAU support, configuration, and project delivery.

You\'ll work with finance stakeholders across multiple entities to optimise functionality, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of acquisitions into Workday with strong governance and security controls.

The Opportunity

An established international organisation is looking for a Senior Workday Systems Analyst to support and develop its Workday Financials platform across EMEA.

This is a hands-on functional role combining BAU support, configuration, system optimisation and project delivery. With continued growth through acquisitions and a range of strategic finance systems initiatives, you'll play a key role in integrating new entities, enhancing existing functionality and ensuring Workday continues to evolve with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage functional support, troubleshooting, configuration and enhancements across Workday Financials (tier 2/3)
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities into Workday, including process alignment and system setup.
• Contribute to EMEA e-invoicing initiatives and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimise functionality, improve processes and maximise the value of Workday releases.
• Support finance systems projects, system governance, security roles, access management and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver system improvements.

Experience Required

• Strong hands-on Workday experience in a Systems Analyst, Product Owner or similar functional role working across Core Financials modules, PSA, Expenses, Projects, Supply Chain Management
• Practical configuration experience across Workday Financials, with the ability to manage changes and enhancements independently
• Experience working with finance stakeholders in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Exposure to acquisitions, entity integrations or finance transformation projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
