National Gas in Warwick is seeking an Innovation Delivery Lead to drive energy security and network resilience initiatives. You will translate strategic priorities into a focused portfolio of projects, delivering measurable value for National Gas, customers and the wider energy system.

You will lead cross-functional teams across the business and with external partners, shaping programmes from concept through to implementation and informing future standards and asset strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructively.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or portfolios via influence.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end from concept to implementation.
• Experience developing business cases, funding bids and delivery plans.
• Ability to translate technical/regulatory information into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Energy Security & Network Resilience innovation roadmap and portfolio.
• Develop and manage a balanced pipeline of innovation opportunities.
• Deliver innovation projects through full lifecycle from concept to implementation.
• Manage governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholders.
• Develop funding submissions and project scopes to secure investment.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, academic partners and industry bodies.
• Translate project outcomes into practical improvements to standards and asset strategies.
