National Gas seeks an Innovation Delivery Lead for Energy Security & Network Resilience in Warwick. You will shape and deliver an innovation portfolio, translating business priorities into a focused roadmap and coordinating projects end-to-end to strengthen network resilience.

You will manage governance, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, while building a robust pipeline and securing internal and external investment. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or HNC/HND with substantial experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or portfolios via influence.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge and negotiate priorities.
• Experience developing programmes from concept through delivery and implementation.
• Project governance, budgeting, risk, and benefits management.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory information into clear actions.
• Knowledge of innovation funding mechanisms such as NIA and SIF.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Energy Security & Network Resilience innovation roadmap and portfolio.
• Develop a balanced pipeline of innovation opportunities with business outcomes.
• Deliver projects from concept and funding through to implementation and closure.
• Manage governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, funding submissions, and project scopes for investment.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and industry bodies.
• Translate project outcomes into practical improvements to standards and asset strategies.
