Job summary

• Familiar with ITIL Continual Improvement Model and governance.
• Strong ability to analyse operational data and drive measurable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead continual improvement and innovation initiatives across the contract.
• Govern improvement processes in line with ITIL CI model.
• Analyse trends, incidents and service reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop improvement roadmaps aligned to contractual objectives and business priorities.
• Present recommendations and progress at senior governance forums.
• Oversee delivery of improvement projects with timely, cost-efficient execution.
• Document objectives, costs, risks and benefits for initiatives.
• Report on realised benefits and drive cycles of post-implementation review.
