Job summary

Gattaca seeks a Continual Improvement and Innovation Manager to lead the improvement function across a major metropolitan transport contract. You will drive identification, assessment, prioritisation, governance, and delivery of improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, resilience, and value.

You will apply the ITIL Continual Improvement Model, monitor performance, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continous improvement initiatives across large contracts.
• Familiarity with ITIL Continual Improvement Model and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven ability to present recommendations at senior management meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead continual improvement and innovation programmes aligned with contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain CI framework per ITIL model.
• Coordinate assessments of service delivery, processes, and systems to identify improvements.
• Develop improvement roadmaps linked to objectives and priorities.
• Present recommendations and progress reports at governance forums.
• Ensure documentation of objectives, dependencies, costs, risks, benefits, and delivery status.
• Monitor realised benefits and take corrective actions when targets aren’t met.
• Promote a culture of innovation and share best practices across teams.
