Mott MacDonald seeks an Innovation Consultant to lead technical and commercial delivery on Transport, Energy and Water projects across the UK. Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will design innovation approaches and deliver initiatives that create tangible value for clients.
You will drive client relationships, progress sustainable innovation across programmes, and benefit from AI Studio training and professional development in a globally renowned, employee-owned consultancy.
Qualifications
- Experience leading technical service delivery for innovation projects.
- Consultancy experience 10+ years within UK infrastructure sector.
- Chartered Management Consultant or Chartered Engineer.
- Degree qualified in technical or business discipline.
- Business development winning innovation services with excellent engagement skills.
- Commercial experience of project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and lead technical and commercial delivery for clients.
- Design innovation approaches and deliver innovation initiatives.
- Progress sustainable innovation for short-term projects and major programmes.
- Provide innovation training and coaching using AI Studio and Copilot.
