The role drives improvement initiatives, applies ITIL Continual Improvement practices, and delivers measurable business benefits through governance, stakeholder engagement, and regular reporting on progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the continual improvement framework in line with ITIL CI model.
• Drive assessments of service delivery and processes to identify actionable improvements.
• Develop improvement roadmaps aligned to objectives and governance.
• Present recommendations and progress reports at senior management meetings.
