Job summary

Gattaca is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a technology-led environment. You will challenge current ways of working, map end-to-end processes and design practical improvements across people, process, data and technology.

You’ll work across multiple business areas to drive efficiency, standardisation and operational excellence, with autonomy to structure ambiguous problems and deliver evidence-led recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business transformation, operating model or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong process analysis, optimisation and change-management skills.
• Experience with SAP or Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes across multiple functions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand current ways of working and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define current-state and target-state processes and operating models.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure recommendations are evidence-led.
• Assess process maturity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and scalability.
• Translate business challenges into clear process, data and technology requirements.
• Work across functional boundaries to improve workflows, ownership and hand-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business change activities.
• Operate independently, structuring ambiguous problems and delivering practical recommendations.
