Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the Excellence programme and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Beckton site responsibilities include guiding Lean, TPM and Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality and performance.

You will coach leaders, run improvement events and develop KPI-driven plans with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits across cost, delivery and people performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or similar.
• Strong track record of delivering sustainable operational improvements.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Carlsberg Excellence programme, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion operational excellence initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance.
• Coach, train and mentor leaders on continuous improvement tools and lean methodologies.
