MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC in Wilmslow is recruiting for an overnight front‑of‑house role. You will check in late arrivals and walk-ins, greet guests warmly and ensure security and safety on site.

The role may include cleaning duties in front of house and breakfast areas, and helping to set up meeting rooms for the next day. The position requires flexibility for night shifts (11pm–7am) and a DBS check as part of the recruitment process, with benefits including staff discounts across our brands,

Responsibilities

• Role may include cleaning tasks within the front of house, external and breakfast areas, and setting up meeting rooms for the next day.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times.
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

Job description

This is an overnight position, with shifts typically ranging from 11pm to 7am (depending on the site). Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process.

• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
