Deutsche Bank is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead - Infrastructure for the UKI region based in London. You will lead the Infrastructure recruitment team, set the TA strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders across Audit, Finance, Risk, Compliance and COO/CFO to attract top talent.

You will shape proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment, and data-driven decision making, ensuring compliant and high-quality hires while supporting a hybrid working model and a broad benefits package.

Competenze

• Extensive full-lifecycle recruitment experience, in-house or via RPO, within Financial Services.
• Experience managing recruiters and sourcers, scaling to changing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and advisory skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the UKI Infrastructure Recruitment team and translate hiring plans into actions.
• Advise senior stakeholders on priorities, governance and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with the RPO Team Leader to ensure capacity, performance and delivery.
• Shape agile hiring and market mapping to improve time-to-offer and quality of hire.
• Define KPIs, analyze market data, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct leadership and technical assessments to evaluate fit.
