Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for the UKI region to lead the Front Office recruitment team across Investment Bank, Corporate Bank and Private Bank. You will set the TA strategy, partner with senior leaders, COOs and HRBPs, and drive proactive sourcing, assessment and high-quality hires with strong regulatory and data governance.

You will shape agile hiring, manage capacity with RPO, and deliver a market-leading candidate experience, supported by a flexible hybrid work model

Qualifications

• Extensive full-lifecycle recruitment experience in-house or via RPO in investment banking.
• Ability to design and run commercially focused recruitment strategies.
• Experience managing recruiters and sourcers and scaling teams.
• Strong market mapping, capacity planning and analytics.
• Experience with complex compensation structures and search firm terms.
• Discretion, professionalism and excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve TA productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UKI Front Office recruitment team and translate hiring plans into action.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR to shape TA priorities.
• Oversee RPO capacity, performance and delivery.
• Use market insights to shape agile hiring and location strategies.
• Define KPIs and translate data into actionable hiring recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess leadership and technical fit.
• Ensure governance, data privacy and regulatory compliance in TA.
• Support employer branding and inclusion initiatives.
