Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking a Service Line Portfolio Lead, UKI, to drive end-to-end hiring for Experienced Hires and Early Careers. You will partner with Service Line Leadership to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience, align with regional strategy, and lead a team of TA2 managers across Experienced Hires and Early Careers.

The role requires hybrid working with a minimum one day in the office and regular travel to London (monthly).

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large talent acquisition portfolios across service lines.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Experience guiding recruitment strategy in fast-moving, transformation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a collaborative Service Line TA2 team to adapt to peaks and troughs.
• Establish succession plans with transparent career pathways aligned to agility strategy.
