Job summary

United Infrastructure Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the in-house recruitment team. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, talent pooling and recruitment administration across our infrastructure division.

You will work with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers to attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals, while ensuring an engaging and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
• Experience screening against role requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Familiarity with construction/infrastructure sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Maintain regular candidate communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for frequent roles.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruitment administration.
• Identify new ways to attract talent and improve processes.
